TAFE Training Opportunities

As usual, there are always things happening at TAFESA -

What's On at TAFESA Wudinna

Coming up on Monday 18th June, at the TAFESA Wudinna Campus
"Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety"

The next "Provide First Aid and CPR" update class at Wudinna is Monday 18th June

"Electrical Tag & Testing" is Wednesday 27th June

A 'Firearms Safety' course is to be held on
Sunday 7th October at Wudinna.

Now this might sound a long way off, but prior to registering to attend,
particpants need to apply to SAPOL for a firearms licence - they can do this by
calling into any Police Station and completing the Application for a Firearms Licence.

Once they receive an approval letter from the Firearms Branch, they can contact TAFESA
to register into the class. Please note that the approval letter can take up to 12 weeks to receive.

So anyone wanting to get their Firearms Licence - take your 100 point ID
to your local Police Station and get the process started.

Also if you are interested in getting a licence to operate a forklift, preparing a work zone
traffic management plan, getting a licence to operate from an elevated work platform or a
licence to operate in confined spcaes, the Wudinna Campus welcome your call on 8680 2212.
